Virtual Thunder is a contest of skill. Registered players use their own skill and knowledge
of the following rules to make event predictions and accumulate points. By meeting certain
criteria, players may be eligible to attain prizes at the end of each event, challenge
or season as determined by Virtual Thunder.

| Player Registration |
To register to become a Virtual Thunder player, an eligible participant must complete the Virtual
Thunder signup form located off of the main page at
www.virtualthunder.com.
Participants must include a valid name, location and email address information
that will be used for Virtual Thunder communications only.
Participants may be required to complete informational surveys in order to play Virtual
Thunder. All survey data collected is the property of Virtual Thunder. The sharing of this information
with sponsors, advertisers and business partners is strictly limited to only aggregate
data. Personal player information, such as name and address, will not be shared.

| Prize Eligibility |
|
Virtual Thunder prizing is open to all residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the
Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where this contest or
entry into this contest is prohibited under the participant's local laws. Virtual Thunder
is subject to all United States federal, state and local laws and may not be used in any
form of gambling. Accumulated player points or prizes are non-transferable. Employees and
their immediate families (parents, husband, wife, brothers, sisters and children) of any
sponsors, its agents and the subsidiaries and affiliated businesses of each are not eligible to win prizes.
Awarded prizes may be subject to further regulations or restrictions. Full details will
be included upon prize notification.

By completing the Virtual Thunder player registration form, participants agree to allow Virtual
Thunder and its affiliates to use their player names, location, likenesses, site activity, results and statistics
in promotions and advertisements without necessity of additional permissions or compensation.

Each participant, for himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless, Virtual Thunder, its agents, and affiliates from and against any and all and
claims, costs, injuries, losses, liabilities or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
of any kind whatsoever arising from the use of this web site and Virtual Thunder.
